1. Shipping Area

Domestic delivery: We currently only provide delivery services within China. We support most areas, including urban and rural areas.

International delivery: We currently do not support international delivery. If you need international delivery, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to provide you with relevant information.

2. Order processing time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Order processing time does not include weekends and statutory holidays.

Once the order is processed, we will send a confirmation by email and provide a tracking number.

If your order includes pre-sale items or customized items, the processing time may be longer, and we will clearly inform you of the estimated delivery time when placing the order.

3. Delivery method and cost

We provide a variety of delivery methods, including standard delivery, expedited delivery and express delivery. The specific delivery method will be provided at checkout.

Delivery cost: We calculate the shipping cost based on the weight, volume and delivery address of the order. The specific cost will be displayed at checkout. Some areas may have surcharges.

Free Shipping: During certain promotions or when your order reaches a certain amount, you can enjoy free standard shipping. Please refer to our promotions page for details.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on your selection and delivery location. Here are the approximate delivery times:


Standard delivery: Generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

Expedited delivery: Generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive, depending on your delivery address.

Express delivery: Generally takes 1-2 business days to arrive.

Please note that delivery time may be affected by weather, holidays and force majeure, and the actual delivery time may be delayed.


5. Delivery Status and Tracking

After we ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the official website of the relevant courier company.

If your package does not arrive on time or you cannot track the package information, please contact us in time and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

6. Delivery Address

Please make sure to fill in the correct delivery address and delivery information. If the address you fill in at checkout is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered or is returned, you will be responsible for the relevant re-delivery costs.

We recommend that you use an address where you can sign for the package to ensure that someone is there to receive it when the courier delivers it.

7. Receipt and acceptance

Please check whether the goods are complete when you receive the package. If there is any damage or missing, please contact the customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return and exchange service.

If you do not find any problems with the goods when you sign for them, we will no longer be responsible unless the quality of the goods is found to be defective later.

8. Delivery problems

9. Return and exchange delivery

The delivery costs for returns and exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If the return or exchange is caused by our error, we will bear the relevant costs.

If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by you.

10. Delivery Restrictions

We do not accept delivery to some special addresses, such as PO boxes, military mail, remote areas, etc. You can check whether delivery is supported during checkout.

Due to regional restrictions or legal requirements, some products (such as pet food, medicine, etc.) may not be delivered to specific areas. We will inform you of this information when you place an order.
